§ 411 Responsibility

§ 411.5 Note that certain Game Actions, speciﬁcally Kill, can be attributed to spells and abilities. This attribution is not the same as the responsibility a given player has for the kill game action.

Spells and abilities have attribution for game actions, while players have responsibility.
