The outcome of tournament games may not be influenced by offers of out-of-game rewards or incentives. 1. Making or accepting such an offer is considered bribery. 2. Bribery applies to actions within a game, not just the final results. 3. Receiving an offer is not considered bribery unless entertained or accepted, but the receiving player must inform a judge.
