Bullying and Abuse. Players may not engage in any form of bullying or physical or mental abuse. Bullying is defined as malicious conduct which an objective observer would consider hostile, offensive, and unrelated to legitimate competition, especially in circumstances where the person is perceived as vulnerable. Abuse is defined as treating a person with cruelty or violence (including physical altercation), especially if done repeatedly. Acting with reckless disregard for the potential negative impact of one’s actions is also considered a form of bullying and is prohibited.
