When executing Replacement Effects, the Game Actions that comprise their instructions are performed before any simultaneous unmodified events. Example: Two units die simultaneously. One of those units has their death replaced by being healed, exhausted, and recalled. The healing, exhausting, and recalling of that unit will be performed before the other dies.
